We recommend you start with the Growing with Canvas course in Canvas. Choose the self-paced modules or watch recorded Canvas Boot Camp webinars in the course. Use your sandbox course to practice.
You could also listen to Stearns Center’s Keystone Concepts in Teaching, Season 2, Episode 17. This episode, “Exploring the Learning Management System (LMS): Canvas,” includes Drs. Breana Bayraktar and Lila Fleming, with a discussion of and introduction to Canvas, including key ideas, tips, and considerations, whether you’re an experienced Canvas user or new to teaching.
